World Humanitarian Summit: Innovation Marketplace Showcase Application
UN Member States, intergovernmental organizations, international and non-governmental organizations, UN agencies, civil society, NGOs, corporations/companies, foundations, innovators, and other stakeholder organizations are invited to apply to showcase their innovations at the World Humanitarian Summit Innovation Marketplace (Humanitarian Innovation Marketplace) taking place on the 23 and 24 May 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Humanitarian Innovation Marketplace will feature practical applications of innovations, new or improved products, services and processes in the humanitarian sector/context. The Humanitarian Innovation Marketplace will specifically feature innovations and not institutions/companies.
The WHS Innovation Marketplace will feature approximately 100 innovations, representing a diverse array of sectors and products.
Please use the form below to register a focal point and provide basic information on the innovation you wish to showcase. Only individuals directly affiliated with an exhibiting entity may serve as a focal point. Each event may only have one focal point.
DEADLINE: 12 February: Last day to register your focal point
Focal point applications will be reviewed within 7 working days of submission.
Step 2: Register your innovation exhibition
Approved focal points will be invited to create an online account and submit the full application to exhibit at the Humanitarian Innovation Marketplace.
Important Note: Approval of focal points and the invitation to submit additional information does not mean exhibition approval.
DEADLINE:19 February: Last day for focal point to complete exhibition application
Step 3: Approval of innovation exhibition
The final selection of exhibitors at the Humanitarian Innovation Marketplace will be communicated to the focal points by 11 March.
DEADLINE: If your application to showcase an innovation in the humanitarian marketplace has been approved, you will be asked to submit the final details on requirements, details of approved representatives who will attend the marketplace, and additional exhibit details by March 31.
